Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the "WIN a Match Ticket - Fly to Europe" UEFA Contest ("Contest"). The act of entering the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the participant.
Please read these competition rules carefully before submitting your entry. If you submit an entry, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. To enter a competition you must be: (a) India resident; and (b) 18 years old or below at the time of entry.
2. Competition is open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of ING Vysya Bank Ltd.
3. No purchase necessary

How to send the entry?
You need to take a poll voting for the best ING Vysya Bank - Champions League Debit Card Designs through the Facebook app athttp://www.facebook.com/INGVysyaBankLimited Only entries received through the contest app are considered valid. The Voters for the Poll option with maximum votes qualifies to the next round where they will be asked to submit a slogan.
How to win?
Winners will be decided by a panel of judges identified by ING Vysya Bank based on the following parameters
Round 1: Likes/Votes on the Popular Poll Option
Round 2: Creativity of the Slogan
6. Timelines
The submissions for Contest will start from 11th December 2013 and end on 5th Janaury 2013. Voting for the debit card options will be done during the same time period. The qualifiers from round 1 will be asked to submit slogan during 8th Janaury to 15th Janaury2013.
The winner will be declared by 20th January 2014.
7. Submission restrictions
It is the responsibility of the participant to make sure that the entries do not infringe any trademark and/or copyright of any third party. Any such breach will be the absolute liability of the participant.
All entries submitted shall become the sole and exclusive property of ING Vysya Bank. ING Vysya Bank shall own and have the sole and exclusive right to use, copy, distribute, translate, modify, display and prepare derivative works of entries, as well as the right to authorize such uses by others.
Prizes
One qualifier with the best slogan will win the "Grand Prize" i.e., a trip to a destination in Europe (exact destination would be confirmed by 31st Dec 2013) to watch a UEFA Champions League Football Match. The Grand Prize winners shall provide proof of valid passport with at least 6 months of further validity within ten days of the results being announced or the prize will be forfeited.

General
1. The decision of ING VYSYA BANK on all matters related to the Contest shall be final, conclusive and binding upon all participants/guardians. ING VYSYA BANK shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence with any participant on any matter relating to the Contest.
2. ING VYSYA BANK may, at its sole discretion, without notice or liability to any party:
a. Cancel or modify the Contest;
b. Vary these Terms & Conditions; or
c. Substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize without disclosing any reason and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.
3. By participating in the Contest, all participants agree to release and hold ING VYSYA BANK harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, costs, expenses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection, either directly or indirectly, for the following:
a. The awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any of the prizes or parts thereof awarded pursuant to the Contest; or
b. The participation in the Contest or any prize-related activities; or
c. The malfunction of any computer system or equipment.
d. Infringement of any third party intellectual property rights
4. The Grand Prize winner should also continue to hold a valid account with the Bank at the time of travel.
5. Grand prize (Travel package) will consist of:
a) 3 Nights hotel accommodation (Business Class hotel)
b) Return airport transfer to and from the hotel
c) Return match venue transfer from the hotel
d) Cost of UEFA Champions League football match ticket
e) Economy Class airfare via the shortest route.
f) All other costs are to be borne by the Grand Prize Winner.
6. The approximate dates of travel would be around the 2nd week of Mar 2013. The exact dates of travel and the detailed itinerary would be communicated to the Grand Prize Winner by 15th Jan 2014
7. The following will result in the disqualification of entries and may result, if discovered after the award of the prizes, in the revoking of the prizes. Participants agree that the list below is not exhaustive:
a. Submission of entry is received after the closing date;
b. Submission of entry fails to comply with the entry procedure determined by ING VYSYA BANK;
c. Any entry that does not meet any of the criteria of the Contest;
d. Any entry submitted with invalid, incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information;
e. Where the entry contains inappropriate, indecent, hateful, defamatory, slanderous, libellous, bigotry, obscene, racist,
unethical, dangerous, violent, politically motivated, sexual inference or legally objectionable material, or material that
may infringe upon any person's personal or property rights, or content that promotes hatred or harm against any group or
individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
8. In opening a Facebook Account and using any services, products or features of Facebook for the purposes of the Contest, each participant is fully liable and responsible for complying with all terms and conditions as may be imposed by Facebook for such Facebook Account and usage, and ING VYSYA BANK shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for such Facebook Account and usage. Each participant further agrees to fully indemnify ING VYSYA BANK for all losses, damages, expenses, claims, fees, monies, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) and liabilities incurred by ING VYSYA BANK as a result of or in connection with such participant opening a Facebook Account and using any services, products or features of Facebook for the purposes of the Contest.
9.Acceptance of the prizes constitutes permission for ING VYSYA BANK, its advertising and promotional agencies to use any of the winner's names and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Indian law and the participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore India.
11. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion.
12. ING Vysya Bank will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition
